• LCUFA meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday at 6:00 pm at the REACH mobile units on Hwy 21 north of Hayneville.  Please attend and invite friends and family members.

• Lowndes County Commission meetings are held every 2nd Monday at 10:00 am and every 4th Monday at 6:30 pm.  Please attend and bring friends and family members.

• Come Join The Fun at the Annual Okra Festival:  Held on the last Saturday in August.  Art, Music, Storytelling, Food and Fun. Location:  Annie Mae's Place, Harriet Tubman Road, Burkville, AL, Lowndes County.  Find out more contact Barbara Evans at 334-284-055.

• Difference Makers Youth Organization To Host A Charity Fashion Show To Benefit the Brantwood Children's Home
